Baird’s Renaissance (Baird’s), one of the oldest communication and public relations companies in South Africa and Africa, announced that the Kelrose Trust represented by Mr Peter Mageza has acquired a 25,1% shareholding in Baird’s. Mageza also joined the board as the Deputy Chairman.
