It was a year of firsts for the 2011 Skouspel production. Forty-five artists, including international star Patrizio Buanne, took part, top fashion designers created the outfits and the multimillion rand stage was complemented by huge screens displaying high-quality graphics to accompany the show. Skouspel DVD and CD now available
This year’s Skouspel was bigger and better than ever! Top fashion designers worked on the costumes, giant screens with thematic videos complemented the multimillion-rand stage and this year for the first time dancers were part of the choreography of the concert.
Coenie de Villiers was honoured as music legend of the year and 45 artists, including international star Patrizio Buanne and new additions Charlize Berg and Die Heuwels Fantasties, performed De Villiers’ popular song Karoonag.
