Sports marketer, Octagon South Africa, which is bringing tennis superstar sisters, Venus and Serena Williams to South Africa to inaugurate its new initiative, Breaking the Mould, appointed Wired Communications to handle all the publicity around the event.  In doing so, Wired generated millions of rands worth of awareness before the sisters even touched down on SA soil leading to the receipt of hundreds of mould breaking stories and the selling of seats at the highly anticipated exhibition match.  Tickets are available atwww.computicket.com

The multi facetted Breaking The Mould (BTM) is a new initiative to catalyse, acknowledge and reward South African women who have risen above their own set of challenges and adversities to succeed and inspire.

Wired Communications is a Cape-based PR agency that prides itself on achieving great results by developing cost-effective and no-nonsense campaigns for its clients.
