Nestlé and JWT value add for ice cream brand

To  create awareness around its latest value add to consumers, Nestlé and its creative agency JWT Johannesburg have  executed a national  in-store advertising campaign for  ice cream brand, Country Fresh. The campaign highlights that with every two-litres of Country Fresh Vanilla ice-cream purchased, shoppers receive an extra 500ml free.  

In-store advertising in shops stocking  Country Fresh ice cream with the extra 500ml takes the form of  banners, shopper stoppers and freezer stands, reminding customers of the availability of the product.

Shopper stoppers literally stop shoppers in their tracks with a powerful brand message. These high impact adverts are positioned at 90 degree angles to the shelf and ensure maximum visibility. All in-store advertising platforms are situated where shoppers can easily locate the ice-cream.

Says Davina Wertheimer, Business Unit Director at JWT Johannesburg, “The Nestle Country Fresh Ice Cream brand has been a favourite amongst South African ice-cream lovers for almost 40 years. This promotion is expected to drive growth in the ice cream category this season providing consumers with added value and the same great vanilla Country Fresh taste.”
