Financial Mail editor resigns

According to a report on Business Day BDLive, the editor of the Financial Mail, Barney Mthombothi has resigned after an eight year reign at the publication. Before joining the Financial Mail he was editor of Sunday Tribune in KwaZulu-Natal. He has held other high positions including editor-in-chief of SABC Radio News, assistant editor of The Star and day editor of Sowetan. Max Gebhardt has been named acting editor of the Financial Mail.
