Nando’s is again rolling out new-look restaurants across Africa.
In keeping with the spirit of the Portuguese explorers that has always driven Nando’s food, advertising campaigns and restaurants, the new restaurants and 60 revamps across Southern Africa are eclectic and adventurous, with an emphasis on South African contemporary art, and Afrocentric artisanal work and craft in every single one.
During this process, Nando’s focused heavily on highlighting some of South Africa’s most talented artisans.
The work of master wirework and beader, Douglas Chapeta; acclaimed ceramic mosaic artist, Jane Du Rand; ceramic glass specialist, 
; the lighting experts at Greencraft and pressed steel ceiling reclaimer, Pierre Terblanche played a key role in this process.
